Hi!

The determination of Ra istopes, especially in drinking water, is of increasing interest, so this topic is for people interested in the discussion of the analytics of Ra isotopes, especially non gammaspec methods... (e.g. methods using alphaspec and/or proportional counting, as well as methods based on MnO2 discs).
One of the points that might be discussed is the isotopes that have to be analysed, detection limits that have to be achieved, methods fit for thisi purpose.... or if there is any interest in extraction and alphaspec determination of Ra-224/6 in leached samples (e.g. 3M HNO3)?
